Start with the visible From domain. Confirm a clean SPF record, publish DMARC, test DKIM selector records, and analyze message headers from the real sending platform.
Once authentication is stable, review one-click unsubscribe, list hygiene, spam complaint dashboards, bounce handling, and sending domain reputation.
